We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bellperson to join our Guest Services team. The Bellperson is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for hospitality and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs).
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.

Experienced hospitality professionals

  • Work closely with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with valet parking, transportation arrangements, and luggage storage as needed
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Offer luggage assistance, transport luggage to guest rooms, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest services areas.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, including directions, reservations, and requests for special services.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
