About the Guest Experience Team The Guest Experience Team serves as the frontline of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium experience. Position Summary The Guest Experience Associate for Mercedes-Benz Stadium is an integral part of our guest experience initiatives. We rely on our Hosts to provide exceptional hospitality by treating everyone at Mercedes-Benz Stadium like a welcomed guest in our home. In this position, you have the unique ability to show the true spirit of “Southern Hospitality” while showcasing your positive energy and warm personality. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will help you resolve guest challenges and create lasting positive memories. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying active throughout events, and creating meaningful moments for guests. Guest Experience Associates can have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from working in elevators or at escalators, greeting people at gates, providing support at guest service locations, assisting guests in premium club and suite spaces, guiding people to their seats in the bowl, or helping other team members be set and ready for event day! Guest Hospitality • Greet guests warmly and represent Mercedes-Benz Stadium with professionalism and positivity • Proactively identify guests who may need assistance and offer support • Resolve guest questions or challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach • Collaborate with stadium teams to ensure guests receive timely assistance Event-Day Execution • Remain active throughout events while assisting guests across multiple stadium locations • Work effectively in both indoor and outdoor environments • Maintain awareness of guest flow and event operations • Support other Guest Experience initiatives and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Required • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be available to work events during the day this summer of 2026 for FIFA World Cup. • Ability to stand and move throughout the stadium for extended periods • Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events • Must be available for a minimum of 75% of major stadium events annually • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments • Completion of required Guest Experience training prior to working events Preferred • Experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or event operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in busy environments Why Join Mercedes-Benz Stadium Guest Experience Associates play a vital role in shaping how fans remember their time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
