In this vital role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring their time in the store is enjoyable. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships with our guests as you uphold our standard for outstanding service. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Support store operations by assisting with checkout, stock replenishment, and product placement. Promote store initiatives and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services. No prior experience is required; training will be provided! Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service.
