Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Attendant with a focus on cleaning, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience, primarily by maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Reporting to the Site Senior Leaders, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
  • Monitoring and cleaning guest spaces, including restrooms and lounge spaces, in line with company standards.
  • Cleaning service areas, storage spaces, and staff rooms, keeping them free of litter, spills, and dust.
  • Recognising additional cleaning requirements and resolving or reporting them to the appropriate person.
  • Adhering to company safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Assisting with guest interactions, such as providing directions or answering simple inquiries, when needed.
  • Opportunity to train in guest facing roles with demonstrated enthusiasm.
