Job Description Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team. This position is someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office, Food & Beverage operations and Housekeeping on a casual basis This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth Assist with food and beverage service in our café Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm Immediate start available Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour Saturday: $40.05 per hour Sunday: $46.73 per hour Qualifications Successful candidates will have: Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage or Housekeeping would be highly beneficial A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A passion for creating memorable guest experiences Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
