Job Description


Oaks Moranbah Suites are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Housekeeping operations on a part-time basis

This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
  • Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas as required
  • Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
  • Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records

Shift Details (subject to change):

  • Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
  • Part-time position with a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Weekday shifts:
    • Scheduled within 8:00am & 6:00pm
  • Weekend shifts:
    • Scheduled within 10.00am & 3.00pm
