REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

  • Outgoing personality yet discreet in nature.
  • Excellent communication skills: skilled at engaging audience .
  • Ability to work under pressure and capable in problem solving.
  • Needs to work well with people, either guests or staff, and must be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in Italian, English is essential for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, gained in a luxury environment.
  • Pc literate.

Responsibilities
  • Support Guest Experience Manager for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel in various front of house departments.
  • Support Guest Experience Manager for ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved and maintained.
  • Support Guest Experience Manager in Handling guest complaints and review compliments. Ensures that VIP treatments are extended to VIP Guests.
  • Reviews all Guests’ special requests on a daily basis
