Description General Purpose: The Guest Experience Director will lead, shape, and grow the Guest Experience teams, ensuring an unforgettably welcoming, loving, safe, and well-organized environment for all guests and attendees. This role reports to the Executive Pastor of Operations and provides direct oversight of the ministry, helping to strengthen teams, improve systems and cast vision. The individual we seek needs to be outgoing, logistically strong, administratively gifted, and passionate about excellence in ministry. This is a full-time salary position. Essential Job Functions: · Overseeing the Guest Experience ministry of the church. · Parking, Medical, Security, Ushers & Greeters, Cafe, 10-Minute Party. · Casting and executing a compelling vision that cultivates a genuinely welcoming environment, setting the bar for church hospitality through excellence, intentional care, and exceptional service for every attendee from arrival to departure. · Assisting in the planning, organization, and leading of campus events (i.e. Conferences, Guest Speakers, Christmas, etc.). · Overseeing the look and feel of the campus. · Creating and managing the overall budget for the ministry. Tracking expenses, managing calendars, managing office supplies, and assisting with other duties as needed. · Overseeing the hiring, training, and implementation of Guest Experience Coordinators for all campuses. · Assisting with other functions directly involving Executive Pastor of Operations. Requirements Job Requirements: · Keen sense of organization. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience in building and managing teams of volunteers. · Event management and coordination experience. · Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copiers, phone, computer, etc.). · Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. · A growing Christian of faith and character. · A commitment to the mission of the church. · Willingness to work during weekend gatherings. What You Are Required to Know: · We are an EEO employer. · You may have to bend, sit, or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 35 lbs. · This is a full-time (40 hours/week) salary-exempt position. · You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with church and special events.
