This role is perfect for someone who’s warm, organized, and thrives in a high-end, meaningful setting. You’ll be the first face clients see and the heart behind a smooth, professional experience.

• Warmly greet and check in clients, ensuring a five-star, heart-centered experience
• Open and close the spa independently (must be comfortable handling keys, alarms, and closing procedures)
• Answer phones, respond to emails, manage bookings, and send appointment reminders
• Support retail sales and educate clients on our holistic, organic product offerings
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and spa space
• Assist with light administrative and inventory tasks
• Support service providers when needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
