To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions. To maintain Marriott’s high standard of hospitality at all times. To have a thorough knowledge of all Front Office operations. Is creative and quick in resolving discrepancies, moving blocks to minimize waits, clearing queue, handling reservations in a timely manner and verifying rooms’ status. Has a full understanding of blocking guaranteed room types strategically, to accomplish daily blocking goals.
