· Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
· Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
· Process payments and manage reservations using systems such as Opera and GXP.
· Enroll guests in the Marriott Bonvoy program to enhance their stay experience.
· Conduct walkaround security checks to ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.
· Deliver room service orders promptly and professionally.
· Perform night audit tasks, including balancing accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing front desk operations.
