As we look toward the 2026 season, we are searching for a Guest Experience Intern to join our dedicated team at Splendido. Activities: Support the Guest Relations team in ensuring every stay exceeds our guests' expectations. Collaborate in managing guests' requests and needs, from arrival to departure. Assist in organizing personalized services and exclusive experiences. Contribute to maintaining the high service standards and distinctive atmosphere of the Belmond Hotel Splendido. Actively participate in daily operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a luxury hotel functions. Student or recent graduate in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of a third language will be a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude. Passion for the luxury hospitality sector and a desire to learn and grow. Start date: April 2026 to End date: September 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Hotel Splendido and a career path; Monthly €800. Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast; Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; Staff cantine;
