Responsibilities
  • Promote teamwork and communicate in a positive and professional manner to all departments to ensure the needs of our guests are being met at all times
  • Driving a knowledge passion around our food and LWB programs
  • Work with fellow managers on coaching, execution of initiatives and embedding hospitality
  • Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training and development
  • Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as restaurant labour
