As a global investor, asset owner and developer we utilise our resources, know-how and connections, to deliver long-term value, wherever we operateThis role falls under our Sky Dive Dubai umbrella and will be responsible for coordinating and manifesting parachutists and tandem passengers to aircraft, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service to Skydive Dubai’s customers and staff Responsibilities Check in all tandem customers and licensed skydivers. Collect and record all relevant information into customer files. Ensure all waivers are properly and completed, identification is checked, and the customer meets all requirements to jump Ensure all jumpers meet the dropzone’s requirements as per the Operations Manual, SOP(s), and regulatory standards. Take copies and file all of licenses, insurance, and logbook for licensed jumpers and ensure they have the proper documentation and prerequisites to jump at the PDZ Input payments (example: deposits, vouchers, remaining balances, special event payments, and jump tickets) charged by credit card or cash payments into manifest software, hold accountability for a cash drawer, reconcile drawer at the end of the day Run necessary accounting reports and queries to settle the drawer at the end of the day. Submit all documents and receipts Assist customers for tandem information, reservations, reservation modification, VIP bookings, and licensed skydiver information via email. In the event of bad weather, rescheduling tandem reservations, providing same day refunds, assisting in refund request forms for customers who have paid online Follow up with the finance department and provide flow of information to the customer throughout the refund process Demonstrate a thorough understanding of multiple computer software programs (for example, Burble, booking system, Microsoft word and Excel) Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications A minimum of 2 years working within a skydiving manifest office.
