GUEST EXPERIENCE OFFICER; CASUAL ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Guest Experience Officer to be the welcoming face of our park. If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a holiday every day, this is the role for you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Rolling out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
  • Being a holiday hero by promoting Ingenia Holidays as the go-to getaway spot.
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
  • Keeping the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
