About the Role: As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Dallas, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software * Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store * Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain a clean and organized store environment * Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction Skills: As a Guest Experience Representative, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
