THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead our guest experience function, managing reservations, bookings and the door host team.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their journey is seamless from booking to arrival.
  • Handle enquiries, group bookings and VIP reservations with efficiency, warmth and precision.
  • Maximise revenue through proactive booking management, upselling opportunities and business development.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with regulars, partners and key contacts.
  • Train, support and manage the guest experience team to deliver exceptional hospitality at the door.
  • Work closely with the management team to refine guest experience processes and implement service innovations.
