We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Operations Department as a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant. In this role, you will serve as the ambassador for the Science Centre and its attractions, ensuring seamless and profitable frontline operations, including admission and ticketing procedures, guest and retail services, and exhibit operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge in Attractions, Retail Operations, or Tourism Services. Relevant working experience in related Attractions or Retail operations will be advantageous.
A strong service mindset and enjoyment in interacting with people are essential for this role. Candidates should have a cheerful disposition, be organized, and demonstrate meticulousness with numbers.
Due to the operational nature of the work, flexibility in working schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is required.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
