As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll be right in the middle of the action—leading the floor, supporting your team, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. You’ll balance guest interaction, team coaching, and operational responsibilities while helping us deliver BIG fun in a colorful, fast-paced environment.
