    • ️ Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet for extended periods

    • Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings

    • Supervise and support front-line staff during your shift
    • Inspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world-class service
    • ️ Assist with daily operations, guest flow, and crowd control
    • Train, coach, and support team members to become LEGOLAND legends
    • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
    • Maintain training documentation and safety compliance
    • Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed
    • Provide feedback, coaching, and assist with staff developmen
