Alongside our sister site, Hidden Hills Luxury Glamping, we create unforgettable getaways in stunning settings. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative, confident, and highly organised Guest experience/ social media content creator to help elevate both brands and support the day-to-day running of our retreats.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Be the face of both brands through videos, behind-the-scenes content, stories, and guest interactions
  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to messages, comments, and reviews
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach
  • Stay on top of trends, monitor analytics, and adjust strategy to improve performance and engagement

Administration/ Guest experience:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, social media, and booking platforms
  • Manage booking systems, calendars, and guest records
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after guest stays
  • Support with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for visual storytelling with a creative eye for detail
  • Confidence in front of the camera
  • Previous experience managing social media or personal UGC creation
  • Excellent written communication and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask across two brands
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest care
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and booking platforms
