CLIENT EXPERIENCE & VIP RELATIONS
· Serve as the primary point of contact and executive assistant to Georgia Louise for all VIP client communications, scheduling, and calendar management.
· Deliver the “Georgia Louise Atelier Experience” by upholding and reinforcing brand standards at every guest touchpoint.
· Monitor and respond to customer feedback, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
· Create and implement programs to increase customer engagement with the Georgia Louise brand in collaboration with the executive team.
QUALIFICATIONS
· College degree preferred.
· Exceptional verbal, written, and customer service skills.
· Proven leadership ability and strong work ethic.
· Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Creative and resourceful in promotions and programming.
· Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
· Professional demeanor, discretion, and appearance.
· Strong initiative and decision-making ability.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Boulevard Software a plus.
· Ability to lift spa equipment up to 25 pounds.
