We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Carton House.

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and assists in resolution.
  • Ensure the team are trained to the LQA standards required.
  • Ensure the team follow the departmental grooming standards.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too.
  • Address guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Clearly demonstrate to guests and colleagues a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Standards at all times.
  • Communicate with appropriate department regarding any concerns or deficiencies.
  • Build and maintain a liaison with key departments (Housekeeping, Guest Services, Room Service, etc) to ensure smooth arrival and departure experience.
  • Effectively monitor and review all departmental standards as well as policies and procedures of the hotel.
