GUEST EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR

The Guest Experience Supervisors primary role is to ensure high quality service and leadership for the Front of House operations. The individual is responsible for oversight and leadership of the guest service team and providing support for all related operations. The individual will be well versed in front desk and front of house operations to assist the Guest Experience Assistants with guest concerns and overall guest service.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years experience as a Guest Service Agent, Supervisor or Manager
• Front Office Accounting experience
• Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality
• Verifiable record improving guest service and satisfaction
