As a Shift Manager, you are a hands-on leader and a crucial part of our restaurant’s success. You’ll support the management team by overseeing daily operations, coaching the crew, and ensuring every shift runs according to our high standards for quality and service.

• Supervise and coordinate the team, overseeing all positions from the cash register to the grill.
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, cash handling, and station readiness.
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members to ensure adherence to all food quality and safety procedures.
• Lead by example to create a positive, respectful, and high-performing team atmosphere.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean restaurant and resolving any issues promptly.
