GUEST EXPERIENCE WEEKEND SUPERVISOR AT THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM - £12.45 PER HOUR

Work Pattern: Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm, and Bank Holidays as and when required. Minimum 15 hours per week contract.

Here, amongst towering dinosaur skeletons, glittering gems, and ancient artefacts, we turn moments of wonder into lasting memories. And now, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead the way.

• Recruiting, training, and developing team members who bring joy to every guest interaction.
• Being an on-site ambassador for Magic Memories and fostering strong partnerships with museum staff.
• Managing weekly team rotas and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Driving daily sales and team targets to exceed expectations.
• Supporting stock management, financial reporting, and labour forecasting.
• Leading regular one-to-one check-ins and team reviews.
• Opening and closing the site, including cashing up and reporting.
