As a Guest Operations Associate, you're much more than just a customer service representative. You manage real guest cases, work with clients and local teams, and develop scalable processes based on your operational experience. Together, we're building a new category in the European hospitality market, and you'll be shaping it from the very beginning.

Tasks

• Guest Operations : You are the first point of contact for our guests – from booking inquiries to check-out. Our AI supports you, but you make the decisions.
• Stakeholder & Task Management : You are the central point of contact between our remote team, clients, and external service providers. You coordinate, prioritize, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
• Process architecture : You recognize patterns beyond individual cases and identify automation potential. Every process we optimize scales across thousands of units.

qualification

• You speak German as your native language and English at least at C1 level.
• have completed a degree (for example in business administration, communication or economics or a comparable course of study)
• You quickly recognize connections, make independent decisions, and think in terms of processes rather than individual cases.
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy direct contact with guests, customers and service providers.
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
