About the role: As a Guest Relations Agent, you will serve as the vital link between the guests and the hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay. Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions while maintaining a positive demeanor. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and improve guest satisfaction. Proactively connect with guests to anticipate their needs and offer personalized recommendations and solutions. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, working to address any issues that arise promptly and effectively. Assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and service techniques. Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or hospitality roles is preferred. Outstanding communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to varying guest needs.
