AYANA Hospitality is looking to hire a Guest Recognition Manager for their AYANA property located in Bali. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. As a Guest Recognition Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their stay. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Liaise with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met Maintain records of guest preferences and requirements Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Communicate with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort. Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or other relevant fields Prior experience in the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently or as part of a team Attention to detail Fluent in English and an additional language is desirable
