Your tasks Being a Guest Relation Manager at Habitat Algarve Retreat makes you part of our young and international team. You serve as the main point of contact for both guests and the on-site team, ensuring smooth operations and an unforgettable experience for every visitor. Act as the main point of contact for guests and team members on-site. Lead, motivate and support the team to ensure a seamless guest journey. Oversee and coordinate all retreat operations. Ensure that guests’ needs and expectations are met throughout their stay. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in all public retreat areas. Manage check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome and a heartfelt farewell. Communicate with surf and yoga coaches to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns or special requests, coordinating with relevant team members. Uphold Surf Spirit’s values by creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Handle recruitment, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
