AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Relation Officer (Mandarin Speaker) for our Delonix Hotel Karawang. The primary role is to ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service and support to our Mandarin-speaking guests. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. Work closely with other departments to accommodate guest needs and special requests. Ensure that all guest preferences and special requirements are documented and communicated effectively. Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and repeat business. Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
