We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent who is motivated, fun, and smart.
The Guest Relations Agent will work as the main point of contact with guests arriving, while in-house, and through departure. The Guest Relations Agent will act as the quarterback within the Outpost team to assist guests with questions and issues that may come up throughout their stay. Helping our guests create their best Whistler experience and receiving the best service possible all the way up until their departure is the goal of the position. You will work closely with other members of the Guest Services Team, Revenue Management, our Property Inspectors, Owner Relations, Maintenance and Cleaning Teams to ensure all the pieces are in place for our guests to make the most of their vacation in Whistler and Vacation Rental experience with Outpost.
