White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team for the 2025 season (April-October). In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while fostering positive relationships throughout their stay. Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, customizing suggestions to fit guests’ needs. Anticipate guest needs and be proactive in addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, exemplifying the hospitality standards of the hotel. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met promptly. Record and manage guest preferences in the property management system. Assist in planning and organizing special events and activities for guests. Conduct follow-ups with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are being met. Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed. Previous experience in guest relations or a customer service role within the hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure through adaptability. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with hotel management systems and software. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating wonderful experiences for guests.
