At Matthew Morris Salon and Skincare – DTC, we’re looking for Guest Relations Coordinators to join our busy, high-end salon. This isn’t your average “front desk” job—it’s a blend of hospitality, sales, and luxury guest service.
We set the bar high: our coordinators are polished, personable, and adapt quickly. You’ll be the first impression for every guest, ensuring each client feels welcomed, cared for, and connected to their stylist. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your income by meeting achievable sales goals with plenty of recognition along the way.

• Be the face of the salon, delivering a warm and professional guest experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, emails, inventory, and the flow of the day.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area.
• Process transactions and cash handling with accuracy.
• Support the team by coordinating guest and stylist needs seamlessly.
• Contribute to sales goals by recommending products and services.
