Guest Relations Customer Service Representatives work at our front gates and provide both the first and the last impression that a visitor receives at the Zoo.
Guest Relations Customer Service Representatives are responsible for crowd and line management, executing sales, access control, concierge desk duties and call centre assistance during high volume periods. As a Guest Relations Customer Service Representative, you will rotate through specific indoor and outdoor workstations when applicable.
