At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Guest Relations Employee who brings empathy, creativity and a personal touch to every interaction — from warm welcomes to thoughtful follow-ups. Your role in the journey As part of the Guest Relations team, you’ll be the go-to person for our guests — ensuring their stay is smooth, personal and memorable. You’ll handle VIP arrivals, respond to reviews, and turn complaints into opportunities to impress. Your responsibilities include: Handling the full guest journey for VIP guests: pre-arrival, room assignment, welcome, follow-up, departure and post-stay communication Being present in public areas to assist guests with requests Responding to and investigating guest reviews across platforms Supporting the Front Office during busy check-in/check-out moments Creating tailor-made solutions for guest complaints Continuously improving our 5-star service standards Qualifications What you’ll bring A natural drive to connect with people and exceed expectations Strong planning and organizational skills A spontaneous, flexible and detail-oriented mindset Creativity in improving procedures and guest experiences A proactive attitude and passion for hospitality Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Additional Information Why you’ll love your journey with us At Anantara, we believe in rewarding your dedication with exceptional benefits A competitive salary based on Horeca CLA scale 6 and your experience.
