QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness settings—onboarding-focused roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, CRM tools, and fitness/wellness apps.
  • Friendly, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • A degree or certification in Hospitality, Sports Management, or related fields is advantageous.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct facility tours, explaining zones like cardio, strength areas, studios, and amenities.
  • Help members set up or navigate fitness apps, class bookings, and equipment reservations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting booking systems or member accounts.
  • Check in with new members during their first 30 days.
  • Offer support, answer questions, and encourage retention through proactive communication.
  • Liaise with trainers, front desk, wellness teams, and sales to fulfill member requests (e.g., class bookings, PT sessions).
  • Record interactions, feedback, and member preferences in the CRM accurately.
  • Monitor satisfaction and flag opportunities for process improvement.
  • Handle occasions like birthdays, promotional offers, or wellness events.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs such as onboarding completion, member satisfaction (NPS), CRM data quality, and engagement metrics in the early period.
