Position Summary

The Receptionist / Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients and guests at GĀLO. This role is responsible for creating a seamless front-of-house experience, managing daily reception operations, supporting class bookings and memberships, and helping maintain the premium standard of the studio.

You will be the first and last impression of the brand — greeting clients warmly, assisting with bookings and payments, supporting the team, and ensuring the studio feels organized, welcoming, and polished at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front Desk

Welcome all clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. Manage class check-ins, bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using Mindbody or the studio’s booking system.

Provide clear information about classes, instructors, pricing, packages, memberships, and schedules.

Support clients with account management, package purchases, payments, and general inquiries.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Ensure every guest feels looked after, especially first-time clients.
