We are seeking a personable and proactive Guest Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our holiday homes, responsible for delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of guest relations experience in holiday homes in UAE (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management software.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Should hold valid UAE driving license & own car (mandatory)

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing reservations and updating booking systems.
• Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
