Job Description Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, customers, and employees. Manage reception operations, meeting coordination, and communication to maintain seamless front-office efficiency. Coordinate business travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions. Maintain high standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive overall guest experience. Qualifications Possess a valid Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Guest Handling and Customer Care, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, travel coordination, front desk management, ideally within a dynamic corporate environment. Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities with proven capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Experience interacting with senior executives and external partners, with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service orientation. Fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity relevant experience in reception, travel coordination, or event management is an advantage.
