PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work weekends (5-day work week, Monday to Sunday rotation)
• Proven experience in the hospitality, hotel, or healthcare sector
• Strong background in luxury service or VIP client sales
• Bilingual will be a plus to converse and assist clients from different nationalities

• Conduct personalized consultations with VIP clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service recommendations
• Assist in full sales and customer service setup for the opening phase
• Provide full customer service support for mothers and families upon check-in til check-out
• Work closely with nursing and sales team to align guest needs with service delivery
• Execute strategies to drive room sales and client acquisition
• Promote and grow the client base for high-end SPA programs
