Hazlewood Castle is an award winning wedding venue set in 77 acres of grounds, specializing in hosting weddings and events off all sizes and including leisure and spa breaks. We are currently recruiting for a Guest Relations team member to join Hazlewood Castle Hotel. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, a warm, personable nature, a smiley nothing is too much trouble attitude, amazing organisational skills and an eye for detail.
You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • To be able to understand each individuals requirements to make our guests stay as comfortable and memorable as possible
  • Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Full UK Driving license due to the location of the hotel
  • High level computer skills
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a warm welcoming arrival and dealing with all aspects of exceeding our guests expectation’s, from arrival to departure
  • Manage telephone enquiries
  • Responding to email enquiries and forwarding enquiries to the relevant departments
  • Assisting guests in other areas of the business
  • Reporting guest issues to management
  • Provide a warm and home from home experience
  • To maintain a high standard in personal appearance and demeanour
  • To have a good working knowledge of all departments of the Hotel
  • Upselling to increase revenue.
  • Hours are generally 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm and will include weekends.
