SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Guest Relations Manager on behalf of Porto Carras Grand Resort About the role: To be an ambassador for the hotel acknowledging guest compliments and concerns while addressing issues by investigating and resolving challenges to ensure guests' needs are met, while also acting in the hotel’s best interests. Continuously analyze guest satisfaction ratings and adapt service delivery to meet and exceed guest expectations. Build and maintain effective relationships with guests and the local community to optimize business opportunities for the hotel. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance to ensure high-quality customer service. Demonstrate commitment to resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively, providing feedback and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with all departments to communicate any operational or guest-related issues that may impact the business. Assist with creating a welcoming experience, including rooming processes and guest interactions, working with lobby teams to enhance guest experiences. Able to quickly evaluate and choose among alternative courses of action. Proven track record in a similar luxury guest relations role. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in high-end service settings. Strong ability to maintain and elevate service standards. Self-motivated, driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude is essential. Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for interacting with guests. A deep commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. Hands-on approach to all tasks and responsibilities within the role.
