We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who shares our passion for creating meaningful connections with people while helping grow one of Dubai's most celebrated dining destinations. This is far more than a traditional guest relations role. We're looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, knows how to create memorable experiences, and understands that genuine hospitality and commercial success go hand in hand. You'll be the face of Bungalo34 on the restaurant floor, welcoming guests, nurturing loyal relationships, recovering service moments with grace, and actively bringing new business through your network, partnerships and personal initiative. You'll work closely with our operations, reservations and marketing teams to grow our guest community, increase repeat visits and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return. What you'll be doing Creating exceptional guest experiences through a warm, visible presence during every service. Building lasting relationships with our regular guests and VIP clientele. Growing the business through concierge relationships, corporate partnerships and personal networking. Driving reservations, repeat visits and group bookings. Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into opportunities. Using SevenRooms CRM to build meaningful guest profiles and deliver truly personalised hospitality. Collaborating with our leadership team to continuously elevate the Bungalo34 experience. We're looking for someone who Has 3–5 years' experience within luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations or restaurant management. Naturally connects with people and builds trust with ease. Has strong commercial awareness and enjoys contributing directly to business growth. Is confident networking with hotel concierges, corporate clients and high-value guests. Has exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence. Thrives in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. Has experience with SevenRooms or a similar CRM platform (advantageous). Why Bungalo34?
