Our company:

Mahogany is a holiday home company established in December 2024. We operate under a subleasing and property management model with currently 25+ apartments. We are now looking to hire our next Property Manager.

Key reponsibilities:

This is a field-based, guest-facing position.

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the person our guests meet in Dubai. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, make sure apartments are ready, coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams, and handle any issues that require someone on the ground.

Our back-office team will help you handle online inquiries, guest registration and administrative tasks. Your role is focused on being present, taking ownership and making sure our guests have a great experience.

You should be comfortable spending most of your day driving around a defined area in Dubai, and working directly with guests and apartments.

Technical Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Excel, will be appreciated.
