JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations Officer to manage our front desk and will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and help maintain a welcoming office environment. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for drafting and implementing procedures for meeting room management. Oversee meeting room bookings and maintain office calendars and workplace etiquette is followed
  • Provide first class visitor experience to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment
  • Manage visitor registration, issue badges and access cards / QR, and coordinate with building security
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Assist with company events such as birthday celebrations, team building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal office communications by assisting with announcements, newsletters, and updates
  • Any other ad hoc administrative task as assigned
