GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

Hayfield Manor Hotel, a part of The Hayfield Family Collection, are seeking a guest relations officer to join our front of house / rooms division team.
To assume responsibility for guest welcome and registration, ensuring operating standards are adhered to ensuring a warm and friendly Hayfield Manor experience to all our guests. We are seeking a very strong, customer orientated individual who has excellent attention to detail, along with exceptional customer service skills.

• To carry out all Guest Relations team duties, working as part of the wider Front Office Team.
• To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction always.
• Ensure you take the lead from senior team members
• Have current knowledge of the hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, in an effort to provide seamless service and exceeding customer needs.
