Job Description Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensure Japanese speaking and VIP guests’ experience meets expectations from pre-arrival to departure. Prepares for the Japanese speaking arrivals and take care of the special arrangements/requests. Facilitates the in-room check-in of Japanese speaking guests and guests with transfer-in. Monitors Japanese speaking arrivals, in-house and departures, and offer assistance through the duration of their stay. Qualifications Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset. Fluency in Japanese language (reading, writing and speaking). Knowledge of Japanese culture and customs is an asset. Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
