Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Actively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences. Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay. Provide recommendations and assist guests with information about local attractions and amenities. Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or occasions for guests. Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
