The Guest Services Representative works under the supervision of the Manager - Guest Service. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each individual who enters Mosaic Life Care is appropriately greeted and provides directions and services as requested. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for being compassionate, empathetic and pro-active in determining each individual's needs.
